Why didn't go ahead just buy the perfectly good citaros off stagecoach for cheap instead of ordering a whole new fleet of worse buses?

Just found out that tfl hhas banned orders of these because go ahead puercwced ones wirh euro5 6370cc om906 rather than 7700cc om936 thwt ratp quality line pipurchased. Mot status checks on 5 of them are all 6370cc which js om906hla Mercedes offered the euro 5 engjnes for a while in c2 even the c2g has a euro 5 in germany. Quite disapointing tfl would ban these over a simple misread of specicstions befoee buying. I have used multiple sited to prove this as i have spent weeks checking reg of both gal and quiltyline ones.

Not sure if you will respond, but great video, I am learning a little bit of the game. I am finding the game now very difficult because of all these stats on the accounting tab. Like what does "extra stop" mean? Is it a bad thing? To a layperson, it took me hours to resolve that issue.
